YOUR TIME IS OUR PRIORITY! And although we feel we have the most comfortable and attractive office area, with a variety of current magazines, a coffee bar, and entertainment areas for children of all ages, we know you want to be here as little as possible! We have devised appointment-scheduling systems to help meet that goal.
Financial / Insurance Administrators
Our goal is to make you feel as comfortable in our chair as the friendly assistants make the patients feel in theirs! From pay-in-full discount options to flexible in-house (interest free!) payment options and the filing of multiple insurance provider contracts, we are here to answer your questions and help you manage the financial aspects of orthodontic treatment.
Orthodontic Assistants
We just know that we have the best jobs around. While we love to watch each treatment progress, the relationships we build are our greatest reward. Former patients even come to visit us when they come home from college! We assist Dr. McReynolds in achieving the desired technical result while taking the time to listen to our patients’ concerns and educating them concerning their role in gaining an awesome smile.
